We are currently looking for two Progress Coaches who will be responsible for developing and delivering consistent and effective CPD sessions according to the Progress plan set by the Director of Study Programmes. They will provide 1:1 support to a designated caseload of learners to meet Cross College requirements and it will be their responsibility to ensure that the learners receive encouragement and support to access College services with ease as and when required.
