We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic TikTok Live Host to join our team As a TikTok Live Host, you'll be the face of our brand, creating exciting and memorable live content that captivates our audience and enhances our brand presence on TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:
**Live Content Creation**:Host engaging and entertaining live sessions on TikTok to connect with our audience.
Create a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere to keep viewers excited and coming back for more.

**Audience Interaction**:Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and shoutouts.
Foster a positive and inclusive community by engaging with the audience and creating a welcoming environment.

**Content Planning**:Develop creative and compelling content ideas for live sessions to keep content fresh and exciting.
Collaborate with the content team to align live sessions with overall marketing and branding strategies.

**Trend Awareness**:Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and challenges to incorporate relevant and popular elements into live sessions.
Showcase a deep understanding of TikTok's platform dynamics and algorithms.

**Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with TikTok's live streaming features and tools.
Ensure smooth technical execution during live sessions, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain a polished and professional broadcast.

**Promotion and Marketing**:Actively promote upcoming live sessions through various channels to maximize viewership.
Collaborate with marketing teams to cross-promote content and events.

**Qualifications**:
**Enthusiasm and Energy**:Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with an online audience and creating entertaining content.
High energy levels and a positive attitude.

**Creativity**:Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and entertaining content ideas.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage with the audience effectively.

**Tech-savvy**:Comfortable using TikTok's live streaming features and staying updated on platform changes.

**Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to spontaneous and changing situations during live sessions.

**Previous Experience**:Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, host, or influencer is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Leicester, LE5 4BF (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Leicester, LE5 4BF: Relocate before starting work (required)
