**Registry Administrator**

**1.0 FTE / 35 Hours per week; Grade 3, £18,898.00 - £21,197.00**

**This role will be campus-based.**

**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registry Administrator to fulfil a role within the Registry team. This role will be providing a service to our students, ensuring compliance i.e., DBS checks, and processing confidential information.

**What you’d be doing**:

- Assisting with the processing all received Registry forms, including extenuating circumstances, withdrawal, transfer, interruption, return from interruption etc.
- Responding to enquiries, both written and by telephone, including providing official letters for students and reports to external agencies.
- Processing compliance checks i.e., DBS checks.
- Working collaboratively with other teams and departments.
- A typical day is 830 to 430 with an hour for lunch but there is a degree of flexibility with this, Monday to Friday.
- There are certain times during the year where leave is not possible due to business requirements.

**Where you’ll work**:
In this role, you’ll be based in the Registry team, on our green campus in the north of Plymouth. Within the Registry and Admissions office, you will work closely with other Registry based teams.

This role is fully campus based.
