**Role**:

- Build your own personal book of clients by engaging and establishing a professional rapport with key decision makers through a mixture of inbound leads, existing members from Johnson Control’s database, as well as being free to research and contact outboundprospects
- Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry and territory changes and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities through visiting prospects in your territory
- Obtain an in-depth knowledge of Johnson Controls, their products and the markets within which they operate, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Manage contractor accounts and actively sell smaller project opportunities
- Collaborate with your Sales manager to drive effective territory management to maximise sales
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
