**Based in Keynsham but with expected travel to central Bath** when required**.**

**About the Role**

Bath & North East Somerset Council is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor who will act as a specialist advisor to the Commercial Estate team on three specific development projects, as and when require. The temporary role will entail assisting the Commercial Estate team in securing commercial lettings whilst protecting the Council’s interest. The Senior Estate Surveyor role will contribute to the general management and development of the team.
