- Map and maintain process flow documents for the business processes and steps across multiple levels of process decomposition.
- Determine process improvements, both technical and non-technical, that will increase efficiency, decrease manual risk, and/or help to scale operations across new product/service offerings.
- Answer questions and present to senior management related to the reclaim process.
- Pre-emptively determine where process breakdowns could occur and propose fixes and/or changes to these processes, both technical and non-technical.

- Manage process changes from inception through implementation as a product owner.
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
- Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
- Act as an owner for the end-to-end process.
- Act as the primary Operations owner for strategic and tactical development that covers the reclaim process.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Tax reporting and analysis experience preferred.
- Knowledge of JIRA and agile development processes preferred.
- Knowledge of process mapping and BPMN modelling standards preferred.
