As part of the Pop Playrooms Management team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and assist in managing staff members. The ideal Team leader will be be driven, passionate, communicative, organised and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team
Whilst working at Pop Playrooms you will support the Management team in managing the day to day operation of the site including the development and growth of our people, sales and profits. You:
- Must be hands-on and lead by example to ensure the whole team works together effectively.
- Will be responsible for assisting in training and development of our team, ensuring high performance and maintaining standards set by the Company.
- Assisting in the implementation of new initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Assist the management team in managing all aspects of the venue’s operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling. Take responsibility for ensuring that all policies, procedures, controls and compliance areas are adhered to.
- Will be accountable for handling all complaints and were necessary, escalate serious complaints to Senior Managers. Logging all customer complaints and gathering customer feedback as required.
- Strive to achieve a culture that is totally focused on the delivery of the best possible levels of customer service
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests and the local community.
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue’s premises.
- Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

- Any experience in a management role, ideally within leisure, music, hospitality or retail

- Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £11.75-£12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 45 per week
