What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Team:Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for more.
  • Be Hands-On:Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchenshow your team how its done
  • Maintain High Standards:Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBKs high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Support Operations:Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  • Customer Focus:Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.

What You Bring:

  • Experience:Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
  • Leadership Skills:Youre a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team and get the best out of people.
