**Hours: 40 hours per week; 4 days on, 4 days off**

**Contract: Full Time; Permanent**

Options Autism are recruiting a Waking Night Manager to join our teams within the Holywell area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable adults with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Our homes are **based in Holywell** but are within commutable distance of Prestatyn, Chester, Holywell, and Flint.

**The Role**:
Main responsibilities will involve working as part as an established team, providing a safe nurturing environment for our residential students. Further duties will involve:

- Being responsible for the safety and security of the house and surrounding buildings.
- Provide assistance to the residents during the night when needed
- Respect residents values of privacy, dignity and confidentiality
- Maintaining and recording of necessary documentation

**Key Skills Required**:

- Currently hold a **Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare**:

- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
