I am currently recruiting for a Administration Coordinator based in Northwich, This is a great opportunity to join a well established company.

Office based role, Offering £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.

This role requires someone who is able to work under-pressure in a fast paced environment, accuracy and attention to detail is key for this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Arrange transport with the hauliers / shipping lines.
- Load all shipment details on to the system (Cargowise).
- Process and submit customs declarations.
- Check and submit VGMs.
- Accurately raise all documentation required for each shipment including, but not limited to, health certificates, certificates of origin and bills of lading.
- Ensure all documentation is raised in accordance with the client's contract or letter of credit and is raised, processed and submitted within the agreed time frames.
- Support and advise clients on all aspects of documentation to ensure their interests are always protected.
