Hybrid - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

A luxury beauty retailer is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Head office in the West End, London. Looking for individuals with experience of supply chain operations, able to build external relationships with retailers and work well under tight deadlines This role is a great opportunity for a supply chain or merchandising professional to contribute to an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

- Sales order management for selected retail accounts through SBO software and co-ordination with the 3PL team
- Build collaborative relationship with retailers by being the first Point of Contact on Supply Chain, with the aim of maximising availability and delivering on time
- Co-ordinate with commercial teams to consolidate sales data and deliver weekly sell-out report for the UK business
- Prepare analysis on sales data to support day-to-day as well as long term business decision making
- Support the Management team in sales target monitoring and tracking processes
- Support on internal cross-functional processes with Finance, Marketing and PR teams; support commercial teams on Supply Chain related issues
- Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to plan and execute successful launch of NPD throughout the year
- Assist in the implementation of new Supply Chain processes and long-term projects

Skills and Experience required:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising
- Beauty industry experience highly desirable
- Experience in managing external customer relationship, ideally with premium UK retailers
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, SBO/SAP experience highly desirable
- Proactive individual with ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Consistent positive attitude and possesses excellent communication skills
