We are looking for an on-site secretary / personal assistant.

- Oversee company communications and times keeping

**We’re looking for someone who can**:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source various day to day items such as office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Pay: £19,064.46-£35,026.11 per year
