**Who we are**:
Meaning ‘Taste’ in Welsh, three rosette Blas Restaurant was born out of the vision for its home, Twr y Felin Hotel, St Davids. A former windmill and Wales’ first contemporary art hotel, located in Britain’s smallest city, St Davids. Featuring contemporary design throughout, the hotel is home to 41 luxury bedrooms and over 100 pieces of specially commissioned art.

**Your role in the team**:

- Assisting with the daily operation of the restaurant floor and the bars, anticipating guests’ needs, wherever possible, to deliver exceptional quality of service.
- Ensuring that food allergies and food preferences are asked for, noted, and communicated effectively.
- Explain the menus, specials, and ingredients to suit the guests’ individual tastes and to describe and upsell products to the guests.
- Be aware of daily bookings, acknowledge regular guests and build relationships with all guests.
- Deal effectively with guest feedback and follow the company policy relating to guest comments and complaints.
- Promote a helpful and professional image within the department, ensuring full co-operation is given to colleagues in other departments.
- You are expected to be present during event operations, including Weddings, Events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and other School and Bank Holidays as required.
- Support your colleagues in all other departments with their operational duties when required.

**Does this describe you?**

- Previous experience as a waiter or bartender is preferable.
