Cafe Assistant

The hours for this role will be between 10 - 16 hour a week role, over both weekdays and weekend days however the ability to pick up additional shifts including is essential.

Cafe Fresco is an extremely successful and well established Cafe, based within the Readmans retail store in the village of Birkenshaw. We pride ourselves on providing excellent food and customer service. We are looking to extend our cafe and are therefore in need of additional team members.

Cafe Fresco is is perfectly located on the A58, just 15 minutes from both Leeds & Bradford.

**THE ROLE**:

- Keeping on top of stock levels, food storage and stock rotation
- Ensuring the cafe maintains high hygiene levels
- Serving of food and beverages to customers in a professional manner.
- Barista duties using a manual coffee machine - Experience Essential
- Cashier duties.
- Cleaning and deep cleaning of catering equipment and food service areas including customer areas.
- Washing up & managing the dishwashing section.
- Accepting catering deliveries and processing.
- Any other duties required by the Catering Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience working as a FOH team member or Waiting staff.
- Ability to work some weekend and some week days and be flexible to overtime
- Flexible approach to work and hours
- Barista training preffered
