**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Experience of working in an estates maintenance environment.
- Certificate of competence for Portable appliance testing C&G 23377/002 or equivalent competence.
- Certificate for use of mobile platforms
- Operate and understand the safe use of hand tools.
- Driving Licence.
- I.T. keyboard skills to allow manipulation of building management systems alarms on boilers, etc.
- Good communication skills.

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Health & Safety qualification & experience of working within a maintenance environment. Experience of working within an engineering environment across various skill sets.**Contract type**:
Permanent

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Support Services - Estates within University Hospital Monklands

The working pattern for this role will be confirmed with the hiring manager.
