_**Min hours (approx)**_ **25-30 hours per week (increasing to approx 40 hours/week by August), includes weekend and weekday shifts**

Are you passionate about great service, quality coffee and vegan food?

We are looking for someone who has experience making excellent coffee and in a supervisory role.

You must be able to work efficiently and accurately and be good at multi-tasking. As well as making consistently excellent coffee, as a shift supervisor, you will need to have an understanding how all areas of the business work, as you will need to help out in other areas of the café when needed.

You will be Supervisor in the absence of the Manager and Senior Supervisor so must be comfortable with responsibility and guiding your team to ensure the continued smooth running of the business. Some experience managing other staff is essential.

**Qualities required**:
« Supervisory experience.

« Excellent communication skills.

« Speciality coffee experience with barista skills. Able to make consistently excellent coffee, quickly and accurately.

« Ability to work in a collaborative way with our Management team.

« Problem solving and keeping a cool head in pressure situations.

« Attention to detail and excellent presentation across all aspects of the business.

« Self-motivated and good work ethic with a focus on excellent customer service.

« Sense of commitment and responsibility.

« Experience in a similar environment **(1 year minimum)**.

« Flexibility.

« Must be able to work weekends.
