**You will be working mostly front of house but will be required to help in the kitchen as required too. Your role will involve producing top quality coffee and drinks as we'll as taking customer orders, managing the cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area and maintaining records and adhering to food hygiene and allergen practices.**

**You will be Supervisor in the absence of the Manager so must be comfortable with responsibility and guiding your team to ensure the continued smooth running of the business. You will also support the Manager in their role by sharing some responsibilities and using your initiative to help when needed.**

**Must be able to work (DURING THE DAY) weekdays as well as weekend hours.**

**Required Qualities**
- **Supervisory Experience**:

- **Speciality coffee experience is desirable, must have customer facing hospitality experience.**:

- **An in terse in vegan food with baking or food prep experience is desirable.**:

- **Sense of responsibility, commitment and professionalism in relation to the role and supporting your colleagues.**:

- **You will be comfortable and confident with customers. Customer service must be friendly and welcoming at all times with your focus on providing a top-notch customer experience.**:

- **Self-motivated, efficient, focussed, able to multi task and use initiative.**:

- **Quick learner with excellent organisational, literacy and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.**:

- **Ability to operate calmly and efficiently under pressure, maintaining accuracy at all times with processing and taking orders and payments.**:

- **Experience with producing orders and costing awareness would be advantageous.**:

- **Our menu is completely vegan and mostly gluten free so a strong understanding of allergens is important. Training will be given on the menu and allergens.**:

- **Flexibility to work outside rostered hours occasionally as required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
