RED CREATIVE IS A BRAND BUILDING CREATIVE AGENCY DEVELOPED BY SERIAL BRAND CREATOR GEORGE DAVIES providing strategy, design and visual content both in the UK and globally. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join the team and be part of our high-impact creative solutions. A great communicator both visually and verbally, highly organised and skilled in digital and print design.

**THE ROLE**:

- Creating engaging digital content from TikToks and Reels to paid ads for a variety of fashion and lifestyle brands.
- The position will suit a designer who has a keen eye for the latest digital trends, eager to push boundaries and develop their own skill set.
- You will be involved in many aspects of the design process including researching and artworking.
- With support from the Lead Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on projects from start to finish.
- Working collaboratively and independently with the wider team across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are always met; with the assistance of your senior colleagues.
- Maintaining a high standard of design work with a key eye for detail, even when under pressure to meet critical deadlines.

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Degree in graphic design or equivalent Visual arts BS/BA - both for print and digital.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically - After effects / Indesign / Illustrator / Photoshop / Premier
- Good working knowledge of website platforms Wix / Readymag / Shopify.
- Experience working with fashion and jewellery retail brands is advantageous.
- Experience of digital design is essential.
- Excellent communication skills - verbally, written and visual.
- Must be able to continuously prioritise workload and be adaptable
- Strong skills in layout, colour themes and typography are essential.

**ADDITIONAL INFO.**
- Permanent role, full time - 37.5 hrs per week 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday with the flexibility to meet seasonal and business deadlines out of hours when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
