The commercial team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor with a strong focus on Employee relations, this is initially offered on a Temporary contract, working at a busy head office function. The company hold a strong reputation forbeing one of the best fabrication companies and have a long history of industrial activity.
The HR advisor role plays a pivotal part in the HR Function you will work along side; HR Operations staff and HR Business Partners on key projects, supporting line managers, coaching and supporting them by providing expert policy and process advice and guidance.
The key focus of the role is providing effective HR advice and support to all line managers and employees, dealing with employee relations case management, and providing proactive and effective HR operational support for all sites.
Pay £14.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience
Start 9th January 2023
Full time position with flexible hybrid working.
