Legal Administrator Property Management

**Summary**:
The Legal Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the management department. This includes processing notice to quits, preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance and oversee vacant possession of properties. The Legal Administrator must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process notice to quits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare legal documents, such as summonses, warrants and bailiff orders
- Manage the department's calendar, including scheduling meetings and hearings.
- Maintain the department's filing system.
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in legal studies or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a legal setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Experience with legal research and writing.
- Experience with case management software.
- Experience with legal databases.
- Experience with court filing procedures.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
