Property Surveyor

My client a long-standing independent property management organisation located in Ilford is seeking an experienced surveyor to manage surveys on residential properties in London.

The client is seeking either an experienced Chartered Surveyor (RICS) Part time 3-4 days per week, salary 60-65K pro rota

They may also consider someone that is non-Chartered but must have at least 4 years' professional experience

Full time at a salary of around £40 -45k

Hybrid working.

Generic responsibilities below.
- Undertaking all aspect of professional building surveyor works including Section 20 contracts in accordance with current legislation
- Completion of Asbestos reports and reviews.
- BCIS rebuilding valuations.
- Implementation of CDM regulations where required.
- Inspection of and advising on Licenses to alter and consents due under the lease terms.
- Acting for Clients on Party Wall matters.
- Writing of schedules of work and defect reports.
- Planned maintenance programming.
- Attend AGMs as necessary (sometime out of hours).
- Reporting to clients’ and lessees on active projects and caseload.
- Support junior member of staff with Surveying knowledge.
- Produce reports for senior management on current workload and projected fee earning.
