Factory Worker

_**Duties and responsibilities include**:_
- Keep machines loaded with raw materials on the shop floor to ensure continuous running.
- Use forklift to load/unload deliveries of stock and incoming material.
- Monitor oil and coolant usage, ordering new supplies when required.
- Top up and monitor the levels of the oil tanks units in the machining centres
- Regularly swap over swarf bins to ensure machines can keep running.
- Take swarf bins into the yard or spinner to empty (forklift training could be provided).
- Top up hand soaps and toilet rolls throughout the company.
- Check cleaning equipment.
- Periodically empty machine coolant tanks as required, clean out and refill.
- Empty bins throughout the factory and replace with a new bag. Waste, recycling, paper recycling etc.
- Empty, clean and refill component cleaning appliances
- General cleanliness of the yard.
- Backfill for driving duties.
- Attention to detail.
- Initiative.
- Can-do attitude.
- Team player.
- **Experience in the following areas will be required**:_

- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management.

- Experience of tasks described in the responsibilities.
- Forklift licence - forklift training will be provided if necessary.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
