**The Opportunity**
Our mission is to change the way the world works by democratizing AI for every business, and to build a great company - that everyone loves being a part of. These two goals haven’t changed since the days when Peak was little more than an idea forming in the heads of our founders Richard, Atul and Dave.
It’s an incredibly exciting time at Peak; we’re growing rapidly off the back of our recent $75m Series C funding round, led by SoftBank, and we have very ambitious plans for the future.
We’ve launched a brand new software category, Decision Intelligence, which we want to spearhead and become the trusted, global voice of.
All of this means that we’re expanding our team rapidly, with huge growth plans in place. But we know that culture and success come hand in hand, so creating and protecting an amazing company culture that’s true to our values remains really important to Peak and our mission.
**The Purpose**
- As a Data Science Academy Manager at Peak you will enable the development of the world’s premier Data Science function, through building Peaks Data Science Academy and designing highly engaging, interactive, impactful learning experiences, and creating clear development paths for Data Scientists of all levels of experience._

- Design and build learning content that will support our Data Science team to operate at a world class standard
- Design, build and help facilitate train-the-trainer knowledge transfer sessions for new programs as required, and support facilitators
- Maintain a deep understanding of what it means to be Peak, our culture, values and business and develop learning experiences that help team members leverage these tools to achieve their objectives
- Work with other departments outside Data Science at times to support key business initiatives
- Use data gathered from stakeholders across the business to design data driven learning solutions
- Utilise tools for course design and development and adhere to brand guides and quality standards for unified and consistent learning experience
- Facilitate on occasion key learning programs in either a physical classroom or virtual setting, including the launch of any pilot programs
- Be responsible for auditing and updating all learning materials related to business areas supported, as well as general L&D materials
- Collaborate with the People team (Talent & People) on cross-team best practices in content creation, videos and collateral
- Keep up to date of new developments in the future of learning, learning experience design, and learning analytics through continuous research
**Personal Skills**
