Finance and Office Assistant

- **£27,000 - £32,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)**:
- **21 hours per week, permanent**:

We are recruiting for the role of Finance and Office Assistant to join our dynamic team based in our London offices and play a vital role in helping run our finance function and achieve our organisational objectives. You will be undertaking all financial transactions including payment runs, bank and income reconciliations and manage the day to day operation of the office. The position is suitable for someone who is flexible, reliable, highly numerate and interested in contributing to the environment.
**Essential experience and skills**:
- Basic accounting skills, AAT Level 2 qualified or relevant experience
- Experience of working with accounting software, preferably Xero
- Excellent professional telephone manner, interpersonal skills, administration skills, and written skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work independently without supervision and as part of a small team
- Ability to prioritise with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues across
the organisation
