We have a new short-term contract working for a Property company in the West End. You would be supporting the Finance team with an audit of their pensions process and assisting with the admin surrounding this.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their finance assistant experience.

This would be an office based role, but there may be the option for one day working from home after the first month. They are based near Marble Arch. The placement will run for 3-months, starting in early September.

Key Responsibilities
- Review historical and current pension enrolments
- Contact external suppliers and brokers to amend contributions as needed
- Update and monitor relevant spreadsheets

Key Skills:

- Confident use of Excel
- Previous experience working within pensions or payroll
- Knowledge of SAGE or similar payroll systems
