Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for sewing and altering garments to meet customer specifications. This is a full-time/Part time position located in our shop.

**Duties**:

- Perform garment alterations, including hemming, resizing, and repairing
- Sew garments according to customer specifications and design patterns
- Operate sewing machines and other related equipment
- Measure and mark fabric for cutting and sewing
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished garments for any defects or errors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in using sewing machines and other related equipment
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
- Attention to detail and precision in garment alterations
- Ability to read and interpret design patterns and instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Machinist: 2 years (preferred)
