As a Global Policy Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures globally. Collaborating with the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for completing a Global Policy Review and making the relevant adjustments to align with the People First culture and in turn creating policies which can better resonate with our employees globally.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office. The expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct a Global Policy Review to include a comprehensive discovery and analysis of current global policies and employee handbooks.- Design and develop a set of minimum standards and principles in collaboration with regional HR teams, identifying gaps and removing redundant policies, whilst benchmarking to industry standards.- Evaluate the impact of policies on different stakeholders, including employees and design a change approach to manage these impacts.- Developing an Employee Handbook to house our codes of conduct.- Redesign policy template and support to modify policies to become simpler and user friendly, written in engaging language.- In collaboration with the Risk and Compliance teams, develop a Policy Review Framework, clearly outlining the frequency and triggers for policy reviews, version control, identifying key stakeholders involved in the review process.- Keep informed on relevant trends, developments, and best practices updating policies to ensure they remain compliant with the latest legal requirements.- Working with business leaders to ensure employees fully understand the policies and expectations, guidelines on communicating new policies or updates.- Form a dedicated Review Committee responsible for policy review with representation from relevant functional areas.- Establish a feedback loop to capture lessons learned from each policy review and use feedback to continuously improve the policy review process.

Role Requirements:
- Experience in HR Policy improvement, change management, and project management.- Good understanding of HR policies and processes- Ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
