Upholsterer

Gi Group are looking to recruit experienced upholsterers for our client based in Ilkeston, DE7
For this position you will need to have relevant experience in a similar role, and have a proactive attitude to work.
Working Hours/Shift Patterns and rates of pay:
Monday - Thursday 06:45-15:45
Friday 06:45-12:45
£11.34 - £13.75 per hour dependant on experience
Duties include:

- Following sketches, patterns or blueprints to signpost cutting lines on fabrics using chalks, pencils
or paint.
- Measuring and cutting materials using cutting instruments.
- Stripping
- Cutting out the fabric to pattern
- Covering frames with padding and fabric using sewing machines, stitches, staples, tacks and glue.
