**The Role**: Application Services Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of support queries.
- Log and manage issues on the incident management system.
- Escalate calls to appropriate teams or third-party suppliers when necessary.
- Support the building and testing of new documents and workflows.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Assist project teams in testing and implementing new releases.
- Support businesses with the integration of new acquisitions and migrations onto strategic platforms.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of service desk or IT experience.
- Experience working within an insurance-based role, preferably in a broker capacity.
- Familiarity and competency with using MS Office and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL-based programming.
- Use of Crystal Reporting software or similar desirable.

- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
