**Role Outline**

**Core Responsibilities**
- To complete weekly bank reconciliations for all AGI Staffing EMEA entities. Team will be tasked with maintaining up to 45 bank accounts in various currencies.
- Ensure all reconciling items are thoroughly investigated with the relevant teams in a timely manner, with a detailed analysis on any items still unreconciled by the close period.
- Regular reviews with the Senior Accountant to continually review the bank reconciliation process, including unreconciled items, suggesting efficiencies and improving controls.
- To build effective relationships across the business, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury and Accounts Receivable.
- To support the Accounting Team with tasks such, but not limited to, journal postings, Audit support, Intercompany reconciliations, recharges and any other ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist Accounting Team with Audit tasks, being the main point of contact for Bank reconciliation requests.

- Fully PC literate with the ability to use MS Windows 7 products
- Ability to use IT packages, mainly Excel to analyse and manipulate data
- Studying towards or planning to study ACCA/CIMA Qualification or equivalent qualification.
