We are seeking a senior professional who will be responsible to provide operational leadership to renal technical team.

The role will involve managing multidisciplinary team of varying experience levels. The post holder will be required to lead and implement the learning development plan. This may include teaching and mentoring team members directly. You will be responsible for technical compliance of all medical device within care group as per MHRA directives and guidelines. This will involve monitoring asset register as per directives. We are seeking for someone who will also be responsible for monitoring quality standards as per Renal Association Guidelines. Appropriate processes are in place and followed all the time.

KFM is a growing organisation and environment is supportive to ambitious individuals, therefore, be required to implement lean projects and participate in future initiatives. This will involve managing expectations throughout change between technical and management teams. The post holder will also be responsible for managing, developing and leading the relationship with King’s College Hospital NHSFT and external / third party suppliers to ensure that the contractual requirements of the service are met by KFM.
