Elevation Accountancy & Finance are really pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established business based in Hull as they look to expand their growing team and appoint a Credit Control professional to join them on full time, permanent basis.

Working as part of a team, you will be required to undertake all aspects of credit control including accurate daily invoicing and cash allocation. You must be an excellent communicator with good negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as being organised, methodical and analytical.

Credit Control duties will include:

- Managing live accounts
- Raising invoices for payment
- Collecting payments once received
- Allocating payments
- Credit risk assessing
- Setting up payment terms and credit limits
- Driving improvements

Person Specification:

- Strong credit control experience and ideally worked in a manufacturing / construction environment
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
- Have a good working knowledge of Excel, V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Word and Outlook
- Working to deadlines and targets
- A keen eye for detail and a flexible approach
- GCSE Grade C or above Maths & English or equivalent
