Due to continued business growth our well
- established client is looking to recruit an **HR People & Culture Generalist** to join their busy team.
As the People & Culture Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work in a broad role and provide high-quality support and deliver the end-to-end employment lifecycle and be a strong contributor to the development of leaders and co-workers. In a newly formed People & Culture team you will have a key role providing you with ample opportunity to grow and develop.
**Role summary**
- Provide support to management and employees on various People & Culture and employee relation related matters such as absences, compensation, and policy interpretation, resolving questions that may arise.
Provide support to leaders in recruitment, on-boarding, termination, and records maintenance.
Assist in the development and implementation of People & Culture policies and programs in areas such as learning & development, performance and change management.
Assist in compiling and reporting accurate HR data as required
Assist with relevant day-to-day operations and administration
Provide ad hoc executive assistant support directly to the Chief People Officer.
**Skills/ Education**
- At least 1-2-year experience in a HR position.
- Understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, comfortable to work in a fast paced (transformative) environment.
- High levels of initiative and commitment to change enablement.
- A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
