Kitchen Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of our kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Support the kitchen team in various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Help with meal preparation and assembly as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a catering or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.

Pay: £8.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
