This is a great opportunity for a claimant Clinical Negligence lawyer to join a small team at a great West Yorkshire regional firm. The firm are looking to add to the team due to expansion.
The role will be based out of the firms Wakefield office although there is a degree of flexible and hybrid working.
The firm are multi service but well respected for their claimant clinical negligence team and wider personal injury department.
The work is predominantly fast track work but those with multi track experience would be welcome.
You will be dealing with a broad mix of matters including:

- Misdiagnosis
- Surgical Errors
- Birth Complications
- Dental Negligence
- Cosmetic Surgery Negligence
- Errors in Medication
The firm offer flexible working, with a hybrid model so is perfect for those juggling life and work.
Salary is competitive based on experience, and with a starting point of 26 days holidays (going up to 31) + Bank Holidays, bonus scheme, healthcare plan, life assurance and the ability to remote work the firm offer a great benefits package.
