A luxury fragrance brand is searching for a highly experienced IT Consultant to work on a part-time basis in London.

**The role**:
As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive digital transformation programme. The consultant will work closely with various departments to implement enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management system (WMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and other relevant software solutions.

The goal is to optimise communication channels, integrate finance functions, streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes, enhance HR operations, and consolidate data to create a more modern, digital, and tech-led company.

An overview of your key responsibilities:

- Develop a digital plan aligned with the company’s goals.
- Prioritise software based on business needs.
- Implement ERP for streamlined operations.
- Integrate WMS for better warehouse management.
- Implement CRM to improve customer relationships.
- Improve internal and external communication channels.
- Use tools for efficient collaboration and information sharing.
- Automate and integrate finance processes.
- Implement software for improved reporting and analysis.
- Track and analyse marketing spend returns.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the supply chain.
- Implement software for streamlined procurement, inventory, and production.
- Automate HR processes such as recruitment and performance management.
- Consolidate data into a unified platform.
- Develop real-time reporting on key metrics.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation.
