**Desktop Support Engineer / Trade Floor / Financial / Bloomberg / Telephony / Hardware /**

**Location: Central London**

**Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Package**

**Permanent**

There may be a requirement to work shifts in order to cover trading times, although the hours covered are not expected to be outside of 7am -7pm, with occasional weekend work.

**Responsibilities / Skills**
- Trading floor, Financial, Investment firm experience of high pressure environments
- Windows Operating systems
- Corporate telephony and trading dealerboards
- Video conferencing platforms and end user support
- Deployment tools (SCCM, Altiris or similar)
- Market Data experience in particular Bloomberg.
- Networking technologies and desktop-to-comms room patching
- HP Desktop Hardware products and support
- Mobile device support (Blackberry/UEM)
- Strong knowledge of remote connection technologies, Citrix Access Gateway, RSA tokens, 2 factor authentication
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Receiver& Citrix Xen Desktop Environment
- Ability to Support Traders in WAN connected offices

Desirable knowledge and skills: Avaya telephony skills / Polycom video conferencing / Microsoft Hyper-V VDI Support / Mobile technology OS familiarity of Mac, Android & Windows
