**NHS England - Identity Verification Supervisor**

**Location**: Leeds - Hybrid working, will be expected to work at least one day per week on average in the office

**P**ay**: £13.84ph standard rate any unsociable will be paid at overtime rates

**This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.**

**Overview**:
The primary objective of the NHS login (Citizen Identity) Programme is to simplify adoption of digital tools and services by providing a simple, consistent, and trusted mechanism for patients and carers to access digital services in health and social care.

Responsibilies include:

- Manage the welfare, performance, and development of a team of ID checkers
- Providing an escalation point to resources on shift, covering a wide range of issues from ad hoc problems to the advanced management of the complex queue.
- Complete monthly 1-1s with team members discussing individual performance matrixes and wellbeing.
- Monitor on an hourly/daily basis the performance of ID checker
- analyzing and compiling data and giving feedback, to ensure KPI targets are met, and ID checks completed efficiently.
- Ensuring all internal timesheet and mandatory training/policies compliance is complete weekly.
- Providing training to new staff members and refresher training to existing staff on ID verification process, ID document validation, PDS traces
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders including members of the NHS login programme team and ID verification colleagues with NBO and NSD
- Maintaining logs of risks and issues, managing and escalating where necessary to the relevant stakeholders

**Skills and experience required**:

- Good written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Experience of maintaining filing systems both electronically and manually
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Proven ability to understand and react appropriately to risks and issues
- Previous experience requiring the handling of sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Experience of maintaining one or more information systems, managing storage and retrieval of information or records
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of the importance of information governance, including maintaining the confidentiality of information, storing information in the right place, and making sure information is recorded clearly and accurately
