Our client is a well-known and reputable HGV dealership with several depots across Scotland. Currently they are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Controller / Workshop Controller / Automotive Workshop Controller to join their busy depot in Broxburn.

**Duties**:

- Negotiate and agree all targets and Key Performance Indicators to deliver the expected results from the workshop.
- Designate work to Technicians as appropriate, to ensure the smooth running of the workshop and the most profitable customer-focused results.
- Coordinate with the Service department, and provide technical advice to colleagues and customers.
- Plan and manage all incoming work efficiently.
- Assign technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximized and deadlines are adhered to.
- As line manager for technicians, the role holder is responsible for performance management, coaching, and development of the team
