A key client of ours is looking for a Multimedia Editor to join their talented Editorial Division on a long term contract.

Do you have an amazing eye for detail, and the best videos and images around? Ones that make people want to read on, and engage more?

If so this could be a great opportunity for you. The Multimedia Editor will help to find and pitch great videos and images, conducting editing and uploading of content to the website You will also create brilliant social content packages to help increaseengagement.

You will work with editors across the whole editorial division to ensure that this business is providing its users and customers wit the best visual story telling experience. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, so you must be superhappy liaising with key stakeholders within the business and across cross functional teams.

You will have brilliant experience creating excellent stories through video in a number of different ways, including packages for huge daily news events and smaller clips for social media channels.

As Multimedia Editor you will work very closely with the head of audience, and spend a lot of time monitoring agency news feeds and social media channels to ensure this business is covering the best and most engaging stories. You will be a master at editingand uploading videos and images and will ensure this business is covering the most engaging stories. You will create engaging and fun social media content across all of the main platforms (TikTOK, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc) in order to help this brandreach new audiences. There will also be a need to use data to understand this businesses customers, and implement SEO best practice.

In order to be successful with the above you will need the following skills and experience:

- Be a self-starter with a passion for visual storytelling and a good eye for detail
- Ideally have 3 years' experience in digital media, with experience of working with video, imagery and visuals
- Have experience programming in a fast-paced media environment
- Be able to demonstrate creativity and problem solving on a daily basis
- Have proficiency in video, motion graphics and photo editing tools (particularly Adobe products)
- Be able to write/edit interesting captions to provide appropriate context
- Have experience liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Understand the importance of tone and adapt voice according to content and format
- Have in-depth knowledge of social media, and demonstrate an ability to create content for different social platforms
- Have great ideas for how we engage mobile users
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels, and an ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Have solid understanding of media and copyright laws
