**Role Description**:
You will with other Resource Planners and the wider SWP stakeholder group to deliver resource deployment service to the business in order to provide the right people, in the right place, at the right time in accordance with the needs of our clients, the business and our people.

This will involve l iaising and maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders across business line. You will also work closely with peers in HR, L&D, Recruitment, Finance and Operations to ensure seemless and joined up end to end service to the business. In addition, you will conduct CV reviews with individuals to support their career aspirations and u ndertake project work as directed by SRPs and RMs

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Stakeholder management**: Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the business to build an understanding of business need in the short and longer term. For example (but not limited to)
- Resource Planners
- BDs
- PMs, Account Leads and AWPMs
- Strategic Pursuits Team
- HR, Finance and TA
- **Resource Optimisation**: Work with Resource Officers to provide timely matching of resource requests via Resource Planning Toolkit (RPT). Keep resource assignments up to date via Project Managers. Advise on skills available and time lags to obtain them. Work with GEC to ensure a One Resource Planning approach.
- **Reporting & Data Insight**:Publish regular set metrics, reporting consistently and providing valuable insight to SRPs, bringing data to life to support resourcing decisions.
- **One Team**: Work together and support team members to succeed in role.
