T2M are recruiting for a Programme Planner to join a rapidly growing financial services business with locations in the West Midlands and Hertfordshire. Currently growing out their change function, they are looking to recruit a confident and resourceful ProgrammePlanner to work with PMOs and Programme Managers.

**Key responsibilities of a Programme Planner**:

- Design and deliver programme plans.
- Establish and set up planning standards and methodologies.
- Provide oversight and support of project and programme plans.
- Produce comprehensive programme and project planning reports.
- Utilise and champion the use of planning tools such as MS Project.
- Build relationships and partnerships across the PMO.
- Liaise with key project stakeholders and internal clients.
- Work on continuous improvement of planning standards and approach across the business.
- Ensure appropriate governance is set up and adhered to for all project plans.
- Work closely with PMO staff such as Analysts, Project Managers, and Programme Planners.

**Requirements to be successful as a Programme Planner**:

- Proven Programme Planner with experience of IT and business change.
- Qualified in and working knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
- Well organised and able to utilise project tools such as MS Project.
- Able to influence and persuade peers and stakeholders.
- Understanding or awareness of financial services products.
- Confident and clear communicator with both verbal and written comms.

This role can be based from their offices in the West Midlands near Birmingham or from their offices in Hertfordshire with hybrid working options also available. There is an array of fantastic benefits on offer for all staff.
