**Key Responsibilities**
- Registering new customer details.
- Arranging and carrying out viewings and customer follow-up.
- Negotiating property sales and lets, liaising between landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers.
- Negotiating offers /Sales progression.
- Ensuring clients are kept informed at all times
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors as part of the sales progression process.
- Monitoring the local market for changes and identifying opportunities for new business.
- Attracting and developing new business through promotion of the company’s products and services.
- Ensuring the companies client database is kept fully up to date.
- Maintaining and developing a professional, consistent and high quality service to a diverse clientele.

- Quick at developing rapport with customers to encourage long term business relationships.

This role will require you to have your own car and a valid driving licence. Hours are full time and some Saturdays are required with a day lieu. Experience in a sales/lettings focused role within the property industry would be advantageous but not essential.
