**Job Summary**

Are you ready to join a team of professionals as a support worker, offering an array of care services to clients?

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality care and support to young residents in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Establish positive and supportive relationships with young people, acting as a role model and mentor.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans, tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Support young people in developing essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene.
- Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment within the residential setting, promoting a sense of belonging and security.
- Actively engage young residents in recreational and educational activities, encouraging participation and personal growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated support for young people.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, incidents, and progress, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

**Requirement**
- 4 GCSE A-C grade
- CV including full employment history roles involving working with children or vulnerable people
- Enhanced DBS
- Excellent communication skills, along with being organized, and can showcase excellent patient care
- NVQ or equivalent in related field
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
