**Work one-to-one outside of school with children who have SEN**

If you're passionate about supporting children who have SEN & SEMH needs, this is the role for you. Use your knowledge, experience and expertise to work for us as an Education Specialist.

You'll be matched to young people based on your experience, availability and location. Over 6 to 12 weeks, you'll then plan and deliver a bespoke learning programme to them based on their needs and interests. The aim of your placement is to get them ready to successfully reintegrate back into school.

**Key information**
- You'll be matched to students & you'll work with them for 2 to 5 days per week
- Placements are 6 to 12 weeks long
- As students are out of school, you'll be delivering the sessions in their home or relaxed public places
- The young people have various special educational needs and/or social, emotional & mental health needs

**What are we looking for?**
- At least a year's experience of working with children who have SEN and/or SEMH needs
- A proven track record of delivering primary or secondary education
- Understanding of & commitment to safeguarding
- A resilient personality and creative flair
