Here at **HM Land Registry,** we're looking for a motivated **Data Designer** as part of our Finance and Business Services directorate.You will join us on a **full-time, permanent**basis and in return,you will receive a competitive salary of **£28,080 per annum (Croydon £31,675).**

**Responsibilities as our Data Designer**:

- Working effectively in the development and design of management information systems, specifically providing database support
- Helping establish a strong data lead function within a specific area of the organisation in order to improve its use of data to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinating the development of high-quality datasets, while undertaking priority tasks that meet the needs of the wider group

**What we are looking for in our Data Designer**:
To meet the requirements of this role, you will have:

- An awareness of database storage and extraction
- Some experience of using SQL, VBA or equivalent; for example using databases procedures for data validation and an understanding of implementing access control
- An understanding of stakeholder engagement to gather needs and manage expectations
- An appreciation of analytical quality assurance under time and resource pressure
- Good team working ethos and communication skills particularly in the presentation of analysis with impact are essential.
