As the Automotive Apprentice and Engagement Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive apprenticeship curriculum using various teaching methods, tailored specifically to the needs of different specialist areas. A significant part of this position involves maintaining the well-being of the apprentices, advocating for their progress, and making sure they meet their goals.

In terms of perks, this automotive apprenticeship trainer offers a competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £42,000, along with a bonus and company car. To balance work and personal life, there are 25 days of holiday, plus life insurance.

Responsibilities extend to conducting assessments, managing administrative tasks, and upholding regulatory requirements. Building and maintaining relationships is key, as the role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including accommodation partners.
