Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Quality check completed jobs on our bespoke windows based system, including error rectification
- Process drivers completed jobs ready for daily invoicing
- Reconciling the fuel drawing to ensure accurate invoicing
- Uploading invoices onto the XERO accounting system
- Administration and processing of drivers weekly payroll
