**About the Role**

Inverclyde Support Service provides a range of social care and housing support to people who have mental health and a history of alcohol/drug misuse, ARBD (Alcohol Related Brian Damage). The service is registered as a Care at Home and Housing Support Service.

In this role, your attitude, personality and values matter as much as your skills and previous experiences. Respect and dignity for the people who use our services is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for people with great people skills who are honest, reliable and resilient in challenging situations.

You should be flexible in the hours you are available to work. Our service currently operates a two shift system 9am to 5pm and 1.30pm to 9.30pm including weekends but variety of hours is available.
