Administration Assistant

Job Overview:
Duties will include:
- Set up Health and Safety files in Word
- Input received information into Health and Safety file Word documents
- Convert Word document Health & Safety files to Adobe pdf, add and bookmark information
- Chase contractors for necessary information for inclusion in health and safety file
- Collate additional H&S file information, when received, and upload to Sharepoint and internal company database.
- General office admin including providing administrative assistance to colleagues when required
Previous administrative experience is required, together with good IT skills including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat etc. Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail are required as is the ability to multitask and work under own initiative.
Training will be provided for internal processes.
